1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the GEOBoost Chrome extension ("Extension") or visiting geoboost.dev ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use GEOBoost.
GEOBoost is operated by the owner of geoboost.dev, based in the Netherlands. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to GEOBoost.
2. Description of the Product
GEOBoost is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes web pages for AI-readiness (Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO). It scores pages across 16 weighted categories and provides actionable recommendations to help content be discovered and cited by AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
The Extension runs entirely on your device. It does not transmit page content or analysis results to any external server.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your own internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Extension or its source code without prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to a third party.
- Use the Extension to build a competing product or service.
4. License Types
GEOBoost is available in two plans:
- Pro (monthly subscription): EUR 9 per month, access to all features. The subscription renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time.
- Lifetime (one-time purchase): EUR 19, access to almost all features with no recurring charge.
Each license is valid for a single user on a single browser profile. Pricing and included features are described on the Website at the time of purchase and may be updated for future purchases.
5. Payments
All purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. We do not store payment card details.
Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes.
6. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In short, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new purchases.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
GEOBoost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scores or recommendations will result in improved visibility in any AI system, as ranking and citation behavior is determined solely by third-party AI providers beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GEOBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of GEOBoost. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Website or email. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
