Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The purchase was made directly through geoboost.dev via Lemon Squeezy.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be approved, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@geoboost.dev with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your order number (found in the confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy).
- A brief description of the issue (optional but appreciated).
We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests).
- Purchases made through third-party resellers or platforms not authorised by GEOBoost.
License Revocation
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You are required to uninstall the Extension at that point.
